This is an exceptional new offering that just arrived from the "Santa Ana" region of El Salvador. The El Cashal Estate, owned by Don Ruben, is located at 1400-1600 meters and sits on an old volcanic cauldron. The special volcanic soils do something as his coffee is very elegant and consistantly good. This coffee is in limited supply as they only produce about 250 bags per harvest.

Cupping notes: Lemon, Apple, sweet,clean
