This coffee is grown on the southern plateau, between 1400 to 2000 m, with the warmer temperatures and less accidic soils, this coffee has a sharp acidity with a pleasant sweet complex flavor profile.
Grown near the slopes of Mount Kilimanjaro under the shade of banana trees, Tanzanian coffee is similar to the coffee of its neighbor to the north, Kenya. Bright, clean and aggressively complex. All the goodness of the Tanzanian coffee cherry in one beautiful round bean. These beans are easy to roast in a frying pan or skillet because they roll around so easily, ensuring a nice, even roast.
Cupping Notes: Aromatic cedar and carmelized balsamic grapefruit, tangy acidity and a juicy mouth feel.
Region: southern Tanzania Fully washed and sun dried.
